Portland Timbers, Various Projects
Portland, OR
Upgrade of the 26,000 square foot Timbers Training Facility which included a 10,000 square foot expansion. The scope included new locker and shower rooms, weight and fitness areas, theatre style film room, chef’s kitchen, dining hall, sauna rooms, player equipment rooms, maintenance areas, conference rooms and staff offices. This was a much needed upgrade and definitely took the team’s training complex to the next level.

The Chase Center
San Francisco, CA
The Golden State Warriors Organization is constructing and developing a mixed-use project consisting of approximately 100,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space at Mission Bay Blocks 29-32 in downtown San Francisco. The tenant spaces will be mixed throughout the new Chase Center in addition to two towers on this site. The approximate 100,000 square feet is spread out through about 29 various spaces. Allied Partners has been brought on to provide construction management service for the design and construction of the various spaces, and to provide management oversight of the spaces for each tenant throughout the entire construction process.

The Portlander Inn
Portland, OR
The Jubitz’s truck stop in Portland, Oregon is no ordinary truck stop! The property features Portland’s largest country-western bar, a cinema, restaurant, barber shop, postal store, and much more. The Portlander Inn hotel has three floors of hotel rooms plus a fitness center and is situated above the mall area of the Jubitz’s truck stop. With the Portlander Inn hotel being constructed in the year 2000, it was time for a refresh. Allied Partners has been a proud partner of Jubitz and The Portlander Inn to deliver 65 completely refreshed hotel rooms, updated corridors, a new hotel lobby, and remodeled mall-area public restrooms.

Founded in 1913, The Benson features elegant European design with a host of modern amenities. U.S. Presidents and CEOs have made The Benson their home away from home for a hundred years, and The Oregonian voted it Best Portland Hotel in 2012. While retaining a luxurious Continental feel, their rooms were refreshed in 2017 to capture the perfect blend of aesthetics and comfort. The Benson features two of the most beautiful ballrooms in all of Portland—perfect for weddings, conferences and other events. They also have a range of meeting and private dining rooms.

Hotel Vintage
Portland, OR
Hotel Vintage, a boutique hotel located in downtown Portland, underwent a complete $12M renovation that involved multiple designers and general contractors working on various areas within the 10-story hotel. The update included 117 guest rooms, multiple meeting rooms, reception, lobby, bar, lounge, corridor, atrium, and 3 stories of public space. Renovations were completed within an efficient 9-week period while the hotel was closed. Full custom features are showcased in many of the common areas, most requiring creative installation methods and involvement of craftspeople and artists.

While Director of Design & Construction at Provenance Hotels, Andy Ferchland oversaw the renovation of Portland’s Sentinel Hotel. Erected in 1909, the Sentinel spans across two of Portland’s most historic buildings. It has over 23,000 sq. ft. over six floors and includes Jake’s Grill restaurant and Jackknife Bar. The historic nature of these buildings created challenges for working within state requirements in order to maintain the integrity of the original building while renewing the modernity through design elements.

Peoria, AZ
At The Montecito, seniors can enjoy a rewarding lifestyle that promotes independence. They have created choices for their residences with many distinctive floor plans ranging from maximum independence to assisted living. All of their apartments offer full kitchens, washers and dryers, and patios or balconies with storage. Their newest addition is the expansion of their Assisted Living capacity to include 92 apartments in their main building. Located in the heart of Peoria, their beautifully landscaped campus offers a private courtyard with resort style amenities, swimming pool with heated spa, covered parking, walking paths and shopping excursions to be enjoyed by residents and their families.

Bartlett Reserve Senior Living
Durham, NC
The renovation for Focus Healthcare Partners at The Bartlett Reserve in Durham, NC was completed in 2020. In only two months, the general contractor, Elements of Hospitality, has successfully transformed the corridors, modernized three elevators, upgraded the exterior patio space, and is working on a full renovation of the lobby and dining room. It is always challenging to renovate facilities that are operating at 100% occupancy, 24/7. The team we put in place on this project has been able to complete their work on time while providing the residents with a comfortable living environment and something to look forward to on a daily basis.
The renovation for Focus Healthcare Partners at The Bartlett Reserve in Durham, NC was completed in 2020. Located in the center of San Francisco, this historic 1906 boutique hotel has 153 rooms that feature a simple, relaxed, yet modern design aesthetic that strives to honor the building’s long history as a San Francisco destination. As with The Sentinel, Hotel G is located in a historic building, holding construction and design elements to strict guidelines.
